Meg Goodrich

I moved to West Hartford over 22 years ago. It’s proven to be a wise choice for many reasons, including the amazing West Hartford town services, an excellent school system, not to mention the proximity to major highways, Bradley International airport, and the short driving times to New York and Boston. It’s a great place to call home.

I have over 18 years of experience in real estate in good and bad market environments. I have helped my clients buy and sell homes at all price levels, from million-dollar mansions to starter homes. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, an empty nester looking to downsize, or someone relocating to West Hartford for work, I’m ready to help. I once helped a client get their property taxes reduced from $46,000 to $25,000 (in 2018). Once I take a listing, I tell my sellers that I regard their home like my own!

What else can I tell you? I’m an avid swimmer, and indoor cyclist. I enjoy yoga and table tennis. Best part of my day is off leash dog walking with my Labradoodle Gus. A fun trivia fact, I used to sell fax machines…if you remember what those are!

What do I love most about being a real estate agent? It is incredibly satisfying to work with a buyer, listen to them and find a home that fits their needs. Knowing how stressful it can be, I relish the chance to help make it as smooth a transaction as possible when dealing with sellers. We’re all human, so if I can make the process a little less anxious, that makes me smile.
